CRTNessie is a Tool that allows you to convert images into ones with a CRT Filter.
Features:
Easy to use - No complicated setup required, just open your file and save it with the CRT Shader on!
Scaling - You can scale up the image and save it with extra detail of the CRT shader!
Aspect Ratio Control - You can simulate different consoles by stretching the image horizontally!
Custom Shader Support - You can put any shader that Godot supports!
Open Source - You can edit the program as you wish or help out in it's development!
NOTE: This program is currently in Alpha, expect some bugs and glitches, thank you! :)

sorry about my bad English
I haven't started using this tool yet, but it has a very good concept, before that I wanted to use shader on a picture I had to open it with retroarch and take a screenshot, I guess it would be easier with this tool, thank you
I'm planning to add like custom shader support via custom gdshaders ( format which godot uses )
